The film follows Joe, your typical nutball psycho killer. Joe has a thing for pretty teenage girls and one fateful day he learns a magic chant from a homeless dude in exchange for some booze. This chant allows Joe to change into anyone he wants. So he chooses to turn into a high school girl to get closer to his victims. Makes sense, right? So he gets into their circle, befriends the girls, then rapes and kills them! The homeless dude does warn Joe that using the chant excessively can cause him to become crazy, but since he already is, what's the harm?

Anyways, this film is as weird as you might expect and it's worth watching just on the name alone, and now you can. Screaming Streaming is happy to point the way.
