Debut of Screaming Streaming

An idea has come to me. To create this blog site as a place to share and review horror films found streaming online. There is a treasure trove of hidden gems out there. Loads of out of print titles but since I am a horror guy, my blog will be specific to titles that may be unknown, forgotten, overlooked, or even reviled. For whatever reason, they may have passed under your radar. This is my attempt to bring them to your attention and give you some stuff to watch. Fair enough? Let's get started.

Blood Beach (1981)
Blood Beach. Ah yes. I remember seeing the old VHS box sitting on the shelf at my go-to mom and pop video store of old. I never rented it but was always curious about that cover art with a bikini girl half submerged in the beach with a screaming expression. I finally got the chance to see it thanks to this link and now you can too.

It's basically a Jaws ripoff that attempts to scare people away from the beaches they were feeling safe on after watching Jaws. Something underneath the sand is pulling under hapless victims. Something monstrous and murderous. Thank goodness that Burt Young (Rocky) and perennial favorite, John Saxon are on the case! Will they uncover the mystery?
